7 Under Golf & Social is a year-round golf simulator and sports bar experience located on the first floor of the Historic Oppenheim building in Scranton, PA. We combine 3 of Trackman’s top-tier golf simulation technology with a full-service bar, great food, and wall-to-wall sports—creating a place where people of all ages and skill levels can play, watch, relax, and connect.

Not at all. Our simulators are designed for everyone—from first-time golfers to seasoned players. Whether you’re here to learn, practice, or just have fun with friends, our staff can help get you set up and comfortable. Trackman offers multiple games for to help refine your game off the course while keeping it fun and competitive.

Our Trackman iO simulators use advanced launch monitors to track ball speed, distance, spin, launch angle, and accuracy with the highest precision in indoor golf. You can play famous courses from around the world, practice on virtual ranges, or enjoy interactive games—all indoors, all year long.

Each bay can accommodate up to 4 players comfortably. Larger groups are welcome and may reserve multiple bays.

A good rule of thumb is 1 hour per 2–3 golfers. Groups who want to play full rounds or take their time often book additional hours to enjoy food, drinks, and the full experience.

Yes. 7 Under Golf & Social is open to all ages. In the evenings, the atmosphere may become more sports-bar focused. Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ at all times. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ after 9:00pm. All guests must be 21 to sit at the bar.

Yes. We offer craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with a custom menu from Picciocchi’s and Mutant Brewing. You’re welcome to enjoy food and drinks whether you’re playing golf or just watching the game.

Absolutely. You don’t need to book a bay to enjoy 7 Under Golf & Social. Grab a seat at the bar or a table, order food and drinks, and catch your favorite games on our TVs. Enjoy a new way to go out in Scranton and watch the action on the TV or in the bays.

You’re welcome to bring your own clubs, but we also have house clubs  for right- and left-handed players available to rent for $10. A new TaylorMad golf ball and tees are provided for every booking.

Yes! 7 Under Golf & Social is a great place for birthdays, corporate events, team outings, fundraisers, and celebrations. We offer customizable event packages with golf, food, and beverage options.

Yes. We offer golf leagues, instructional programs, and membership options that provide added perks like free monthly bookings, discounted bay rates, priority booking, and swag. Visit our Leagues or Memberships page for details.

Reservations can be made online through our booking system. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but reservations are strongly recommended—especially during evenings and weekends.

There’s no strict dress code. We ask that you wear appropriate attire for a night out and comfortable shoes. Golf spikes are not recommended.

Not at all. Our simulators are fully indoors, making 7 Under Golf & Social the perfect place to play golf year-round—rain, snow, or shine. 

We’re located on the first floor of the Historic Oppenheim building on Wyoming Avenue in Scranton, PA. Street parking is typically available or there are multiple parking garages in short walking distance. Call ahead to utilize our Bag Drop and avoid having to carry your clubs from your car.
